We are thrilled to introduce Far West Studio Press, a new community art and literary press based in Los Angeles. We celebrate creativity, storytelling, and the power of the written word. Rooted in the dynamic intersections of art, culture, and community, our mission is to preserve and share voices that inspire and transform.

Our Work & Vision

At Far West Studio Press, we specialize in curating poetry, essays, letters, and stories that emerge from the heart of collaboration. Working exclusively by invitation, we partner with artists, museums, schools, and foundations to create collections that honor the richness of shared experiences through the individual voice. These projects are more than books—they are archives of creativity, designed to endure and resonate across communities and generations.

Our collection will include beautifully crafted books and publications showcasing the work of our collaborators and the organizations we partner with. From curated anthologies to visually stunning art books, our books are selected and curated by our staff of writers, editors and designers. Because we are a small press and because our initial publishing calendar is complete for this year, we do not accept manuscripts from the general public at this time.
